Customer Service Rep.


This is a Full-time position in La Vergne, TN posted February 20, 2021.

Shifts: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm and will do receptionist fill in on breaksCSR.

Job duties include:
•Receive up to 200 inbound calls and emails per day from Customers opening new service requests or calling for updates on existing service requests.
•Review Customer account history and effectively communicate with other departments when needed to reach a resolution for the Customer.
•Set and achieve personal goals based on weekly Quality Assurance checks and monthly call metric reports.
•Answer incoming customer inquiries
•Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
•Record customer information within our customer service database
•Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
•Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies-Will have a great chance to move up in the company past this position with pay raises.
