Interior Designer – Award-Winning StudioMarcelle Guilbeau Interior Design, Best of Houzz 7 years running and winner of multiple awards through the American Society of Interior Designers and International Interior Design Association, has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Interior Designer.

You’ll be working directly with the principal of the firm and be responsible for developing and executing multiple projects from the conceptual and presentation stage through the project completion.Qualifications/RequirementsMust hold a degree in Interior Design from a CIDA-FIDER accredited school.Must provide link to portfolio for review.Prefer 3-4 years’ progressive experience in design, document production, and project management.Proficiency in Microsoft Publisher, Sketch Up, Adobe PhotoShop, Revit, Microsoft Word, Excel, Studio Webware.Proficiency in construction drawings, codes, materials, furniture, finish selections and specifications.Proficiency in project coordination with clients, contractors and vendors.Must be extremely professional, reliable, and punctual, be able to work late as needed, have personal stability and live within 30 minutes of Nashville, Tennessee.Excellent customer relationship skills, attention to detail, tenacity and problem solving abilities.Strong time management skills to successfully work on multiple projects.Must be able to work efficiently and effectively under deadlines.Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.Work on-site at our design studio (we follow COVID-19 protocols).Key ResponsibilitiesSupport principal with all aspects of projects.Project management including developing and managing schedules and budgets.Client meetings.Concept presentations.On-site measurements and photos.Floor plans, color and material schemes.CAD drawings and hand sketching.Prepare all input for purchasing.Work with expeditor on order processing.On-site coordination.Assist in management of Interns and Quality Assurance.RewardsWork directly with one of the top designers in Nashville.Collaborative, High energy Studio Environment.Autonomy to manage your day and shape your position.Wide variety of projects that will keep you learning and challenged.Career advancement opportunities.Paid Vacation and Health Insurance (HRA).*Please apply through here.
