Job Requirements

Onin Staffing is seeking a Quality Inspector/Assembler to join our onsite team at the Volkswagen facility in Chattanooga, TN. This job is performed in a busy warehouse environment with high forklift traffic. Warehouses are subject to seasonal temperatures. Steel-toed shoes, safety glasses and vests are required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Responsibilities:

• Measurements and data collection following systematic instructions.
• Must have the ability to maintain focus on detailed criteria over extended periods of time.
• Candidates must have good eyesight (corrective lenses are permitted)
• Prolonged standing and repetitive lifting throughout the shift
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) combined with a positive attitude toward
• customers and co-workers are expected.
• Overtime may be required.

Qualifications:

• Previous work experience in quality control or other related fields
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Work Experience

A Covid test within the past 30 days is required

Hours:

Monday – Friday; some Saturdays

5:30am – 4:30pm

5:30pm – 4:30am
