Drivers Average $72,000 per year

Pay Scale with Verified OTR Experience:

0 11 months: 55 CPM
1 year: 57 CPM
2 years: 58 CPM
3 + years: 59 CPM
MAX PAY: 65 CPM

Previous Jordan Drivers that left the company prior to April 1, 2020 – $1,500 Sign-on Bonus

Recent Graduates
Must have completed and graduated CDL-A school

Driver Requirements

Must be at least 23 years of age
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum of 3 months verifiable OTR experience
Acceptable MVR in the past 3 years
Long Term Trainee requirements- same as above, but includes:

Truck Driving School certificate copy
Truck Driving School transcript copy
90 or above GPA
No MVR violations in the past 3 years
