Assistant Manager

Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

Helps ensure “best in class” service is extended to all Twice Daily guests through leading by example.

Provides daily coaching to individual team members on what it means to go above and beyond for each guest.

Reports to work on time and dressed appropriately, ready to begin your scheduled shift.

Utilize a hands-on management approach by working as a member of the team.

Delegates tasks and follow up when necessary.

Pulls items that are damaged or expired, document and discard.

Maintains adequate inventory levels of all product offerings, pinpoint any waste opportunities and ensure product rotation standards are maintained.

Assistant Manager Requirements:

One-year management experience directly supervising others in fast food, retail, restaurant or convenience environments.

Looking to advance in career and envisions becoming a General Manager in the future.

Excellent attention to detail and takes personal pride in all that you do.

Excellent interpersonal, guest service and oral communication skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Reads each situation and reacts productively to an ever-changing environment.

Possess a strong passion for the Twice Daily offering and culture.

Flexible and adaptable to a change.
