If you have a passion for people, a desire to problem-solve, and eagerness to pursue continuous improvement opportunities we look forward to exploring career possibilities with you!nn nn Job Description nn nnDevelop, administer, and conduct training and safety programs and activities for associates and ensure all processes are documented to meet company, regulatory, ISO and corporate requirements.nn nn
• Provide technical writing resources to ensure accurate Work Instructions are developed and maintained for all processesnn nn
• Ensure associates are trained on individual job functions and training is documentednn nn
• Ensure all regulatory and customer safety requirements are incorporated into company policies and associates are appropriately trainednn nn
• Develop and conduct initial new associate and refresher programs to ensure all company, customer, and regulatory requirements are metnn nn
• Develop, coordinate, and/or conduct job-specific and process training programs to ensure associates are trained on their job functionsnn nn
• Coordinate and direct writing assignments of Technical Writers assigned to document processesnn nn
• Develop site-level Trainers and Technical Writers by conducting ‘Train-the-Trainer’ and ‘Train-the-Writer’ classes as well as providing continuous coaching and mentoringnn nn
• Administer Site Safety Program including development of safety procedures, auditing for compliance, and advising management staff of safety concernsnn nn
• Provide advisory capacity to Site Safety Committee to identify safety concerns and provide recommendations for continuous improvementnn nn
• Identify Training/Writing staffing needs, interview candidates, and develop staff members to ensure an effective team and training and documentation needs are metnn nn
• Coordinate and/or conduct corporate sponsored training programs for site personnelnn nn
• Document system processes in manualnn nn
• Manage procedure development and ensure document control standards are in place and maintained to support ISO and Management of Change Systemsnn nn
• Work closely with Customer Representatives, Operations, Inventory Control, and Customer Service to ensure processes are accurate, documented, and changes are made and communicated in accordance with local Management of Change Systemsnn nn
• Develop flexible training schedules to meet special requests and business requirementsnn nn
• Participate on Quest Workshops as requested to improve productivity and resolve process issuesnn nn
• Perform other duties as assignednn nn Required Education and Experience nn nn
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, preferred nn nn
• 1-3 years logistics or manufacturing industry, preferred nn nn
