Radio Systems would like to hire Category Brand Financial Planner to work with PetSafe and Premier Pet Brand and Category leaders to develop and review financial plans and provide analysis to achieve business outcomes.

This role will be comprised of routine monthly financial reporting as well as strategic projects including but not limited to annual budget forecasting, senior leadership board presentations, and KPI dashboard creation in Tableau.

What you will do on this Team:

Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin.

Create tools and processes to inform potential price movements related to market or business needs Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances Own quarterly reporting from Nielsen and deliver summary of findings and recommendations to the organization.

Partner with category leaders to present the monthly and quarterly financial reports trending of various units and departments Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives such as Lifetime Value.

Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis
Financial Planning
Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast Supervise budget development process and prepare detail business plans.

Coordinate with business units and managers and make recommendations to enhance financial support to all plans.

Create with Brands overall marketing budget, update with changes and communicate out to greater team Develop a brand P&L that is presented monthly
Ad-hoc business performance reporting Coordinate with Brands and Categories to prepare data for monthly operating plans.

Support category and brands with special projects for strategic decision-making (e.g.

What if strategic analysis, business forecasting, new product P&L projections) Own the creation and maintenance of ROI workbook used in new product development and analyzing the first year estimates versus actual volume.

.Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Accounting, Business, Finance, or other related discipline 3-5 years relevant experience in financial planning & analysis, accounting, consulting and/or corporate finance Excellent analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and business acumen Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to think from a big picture perspective Experience with dashboarding in tableau, data studio, and advanced excel.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
