Executive Assistant    Overview of Position  This position is responsible for providing a high level of proactive administrative support to the Executive Leadership.

The purpose of this role is to enhance the effectiveness of the Executive by anticipating their needs in areas such as calendar and email management, call management, travel and expense and meeting coordination.

This role interfaces with individuals at all levels across the organization and works closely with other executive assistants.   What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

 Proactively manages the calendar for executive(s) assigned to support Answers the executive’s phone and screens all calls Manages travel for the executive assigned to support in accordance with the travel and expense policy Completes and submit expense reports for the executive in accordance with the travel and expense policy Reconciles corporate credit card account Coordinates logistics for both internal and external meetings to include off site locations, catering, audio visual requirements, etc. Maintains Organizational Charts for the executive’s organization in collaboration with the HRBP and the executive’s leadership team.

Distributes updates monthly.  What are the requirements needed for this position?

 Minimum of 7 years of experience working as an executive/administrative supporting a high-level executive Associates degree or equivalent experience in an executive assistant role Bachelor’s degree preferred  What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
