A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Benefits Customer Service Representative in Tempe, AZ.

The Benefits Customer Service Representative would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential.

This would be full time / 40 hours per week.

If you are interested in this position, please contact Samantha at 586-710-7955 Benefits Customer Service Representative Compensation The pay for this position is $17 per hour for English Speaking or $17.75 for Bilingual English/Spanish Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Benefits Customer Service Representative Highlights This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position is Monday-Friday 5:30AM-8PM Benefits Customer Service Representative Responsibilities Quickly build rapport and respond to plan participants in a compassionate manner by identifying and exceeding expectations by responding in a respectful, accurate, timely manner, consistently meeting commitments via phone, email and instant message Ability to customize customer service approach to meet all types of communication styles and personalities while maintaining professionalism and diplomacy during difficult calls Handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion in accordance with HIPAA and Data Privacy laws and company data security requirements Skillfully translate health and welfare and pension terms, complex plan information and processes into simple explanations and instructions that customers can understand and act upon.

Read and understand client’s plan documents and online knowledgebase tools while collecting relevant information to determine immediate requests/questions and also to anticipate the future needs of the member Demonstrate knowledge, understanding and compliance with company and client procedures and guidelines providing appropriate and accurate information Maintain and document complete and accurate call and case notes in a professional manner Regularly participate in team meetings and training Perform other duties as assigned Job Requirements: Benefits Customer Service Representative Requirements Strong Computer Skills 1 Years Customer Service Experience High School Diploma or GED Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Benefits Customer Service Representative Preferred Qualifications 30 WPM Typing Speed Call Center Experience Spanish Speaking If you think this Benefits Customer Service Representative position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me
