Overview of Position The Sr.

Project Manager supports Change Healthcare’s Employee Benefits and Employment teams within the Legal & Compliance Organization. The Sr.

Project Manager coordinates day-to-day project management activities including process management, organizational, and analytical activities for the Benefits and Employment teams including, but not limited to, implementing process improvement and efficiencies, developing playbooks detailing process steps related to compliance and compliance remediation, procurement, mergers & acquisitions, RIFs, and special projects.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress of compliance projects Manage Smartsheet database and provide administrative/ project management support on benefits team and employment team strategic projects Manage dashboard of open benefits and employment matters        Draft/review benefit plan amendments, employee communications, and form agreements, including benefits administration forms, incentive and mutual separations Build and create internal FAQs database on benefits and employment team issues Manage library for benefits and employment team documents Provide admin on the Reduction-in-Force process      What are the requirements needed for this position?

4-year degree in related field, paralegal certification or equivalent 4 years’ experience in a Project Management environment or using Project Management skills 2 years’ experience with qualified benefit plans, HIPAA Privacy & Security, ERISA fiduciary rules In-depth experience working with Microsoft Office 365 platform What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

5 years’ experience in employee benefits or employment legal and compliance, or a combination                                                                             Preference if you have worked in benefits consulting or in a paralegal role in benefits or employment.

Smartsheet proficiency Project management experience, including Agile, Lean, or PMI coursework or certification Strong external and internal customer focus Strong verbal/written communication skills and experience communicating results to senior leadership and/or clients Ability to communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholder Ability to prepare complex spreadsheets and presentations Ability to utilize technology such as Visio and Smartsheets What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?

General office demands How much should I expect to travel?

Employees in roles that require travel will need to be able to qualify for a company credit card or be able to use their own personal credit card for travel expenses and submit for reimbursement.
