Developer Identity & Access Management Overview of Position The Senior Developer (IAM) provides identity and access management (IAM) solutions to our customers.

This role has direct responsibility to ensure responsive IAM guidance and support for all internal and external customer needs and consult with internal and external customers to identify IAM issues, assist in the development of IAM solutions, and directly communicate resulting IAM strategy to appropriate stakeholders.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

Analyzes and defines IAM requirements for complex IT issues that may involve enterprise-wide initiatives or projects Lead efforts to design, develop and implement IAM solutions to IT security requirements  Lead Enterprise IAM Engineering team to ensure IAM solutions are designed, built, tested, and deployed to meet company, customer, regulatory, and security requirements Possesses ability to define high level requirements and solution design through a variety of techniques when working with business partners, third party groups and internal staff Translates high level requirements into detailed technical designs, and leads design sessions and code walkthrough Work with the Business and/or Product to create and manage project budget and a project plan for multiple projects or enterprise-wide projects Develops documentation to support ongoing IAM systems operations, maintenance and specific problem resolution Review, interpret and adapt customer, regulatory and corporate security, and compliance requirements into technical design options Implements IAM security policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures to ensure ongoing maintenance of IAM security Conduct research on IAM products, services, protocols, and standards to remain abreast of developments in the IAM industry Act as a mentor to other IAM Engineers and Analysts on review of security specifications, implementation or analysis of requirements What are the requirements needed for this position?

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Security.

Ten years of experience in a software engineering and/or security engineering role Three years of relevant IAM experience in an engineering role IAM Administrator Certifications for Sailpoint and/or Ping Federate or demonstrated experience preferred Strong knowledge of information security and IAM principles and practices CISSP, CISM, CISA preferred  What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

Advanced knowledge with a wide range of IAM technologies including, but not limited to: Identity Management solutions such as Sailpoint IdentityIQ (preferred) or Oracle/Sun Identity Manager, etc.; Access Federation solutions such as Ping Federate (Preferred), Oracle Access Manager, etc.; MS Active Directory and Exchange; Programming languages such as Java/Java Script (Required); PowerShell Scripting, REST/SOAP API development; Oracle and/or SQL Server; Virtual Directory Services; Authentication protocols such as LDAP, SAML, OAUTH.

OpenID Strong understanding of PCI-DSS 2.0, FISMA/CMS/NIST 800-53a, EHNAC, SOX and HIPAA Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of employees, managers, clients and customers Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry, trigonometry, calculus and differential equations Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exist Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form Join our team today where we are creating a better coordinated, increasingly collaborative, and more efficient healthcare system  Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Statement Change Healthcare is an equal opportunity employer.
