ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Log onto each investors website and retrieve pipeline reports to view suspense items daily.

Attend daily meetings to review all investor pipelines.

Determine if investor suspense item is valid or invalid.

Communicate directly via email and/or phone to investors.

Review file documentation in LOS systems to locate documents to satisfy investor suspense items within 24 hours or less.

Must be able to read and understand an AUS, how to access internal, investor and agency guidelines.

Recognize critical pends daily and alert SVP Closing/Post-Closing and Post-Closing Manager.

Manage conditions inbox for Investor updates and requests.

Assist with management of internal reporting regarding loans in curative process.

Identify trending and bring to Audit Team Lead, Post-Closing Mgr and SVP Closing/Post-Closing’s attention.

Review Warehouse Bank pipelines, identify and flag loans not moving through normal turn times.

Other duties as assigned JOB SPECIFICATIONS Minimum Education: 2 Year Degree Minimum Knowledge: Must be able to communicate appropriately one on one.

Organizational skills are critical to this job.

Proficiency in various computer software programs including: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), database management and other business applications.

Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.

Employees are expected to carry out all reasonable requests by managers/supervisors, which the employee can perform.

Maintain equipment and supplies to avoid waste, damage to areas and equipment, and to prevent accidents.

Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Employees must record all hours worked accurately and honestly in the timekeeping system.

Minimum Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years in the Mortgage Industry with knowledge of all loan types originated by Mortgage Investors Group.

Basic experience in Underwriting, Closing, or Processing preferred.
