POSITION SUMMARY The Vice President of eCommerce & Online Sales works closely with the President of Sales & Operations, the Senior Vice President of Sales Operations & Effectiveness, the Senior Vice President of Marketing Operations, and the relevant sales and product leaders.

This role will collaborate with the Sales and Account Management, Marketing and Solution Management teams to bring targeted products to market through eCommerce channels.

This role will identify and drive key metrics for sales, productivity, customer satisfaction, and effectiveness and will interface with Business Unit Leaders across Change Healthcare in order to develop and execute our eCommerce sales plan and profitable growth.

This position develops and executes fully integrated digital experiences and recommends innovative, industry leading digital sales strategy, to deliver online ordering targets and will be the primary thought-leader and influencer across the Sales & Operations organization helping to evolve, upskill and grow eCommerce acumen and talent within the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ESTIMATED FOCUS TIME Develop & Execute Sales & Account Management eCommerce Strategy
– 25% Measure, Analyze, Report and Drive progress & outcomes (with recommendations based on data)
– 25% Collaborate with stakeholders including Marketing, IT, BU leaders, Sales & Account Mgmt
– 25% Provide Thought-Leadership to drive change and innovation across the business
– 25% RESPONSIBILITIES Drive the eCommerce sales model and strategic plan, working collaboratively with Sales Finance, HR, Marketing and Sales and Account Management Leadership and other key stakeholders to grow our online sales and exceed revenue goals.

Help create a fully integrated omni channel customer view that aligns the customer experience across all digital touch points to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Lead the eCommerce digital transformation journey for the business with a focus on the customer experience online.

Create a customer experience plan with metrics along the entire customer journey, from acquisition to retention and across all channels.

Oversee the design, planning, and execution of ecommerce roadmaps to improve functionality and user experience.

Design and implement best practices for eCommerce, digital sales, conversion rate optimization recommendations, segmentation, digital merchandising, on-page conversion and key messaging strategies by channel that are appropriate to both the audience and business goals.

Partner with product development team to understand full product launch calendar and plan eCommerce strategy for announcing new product campaigns.

Understand the broader digital landscape and key direct/indirect competitor activity.

Drive improvement from benchmark online conversion rates within CPA and CAC targets using available data for optimization and creating new data connections for future growth.

Create campaigns when appropriate, leveraging landing page tools, CMS, or email campaigns to drive revenue and improve engagement.

Assist sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.

Collaborate with Sales Operations to ensure process efficiency and effectiveness and recommend revisions to existing reports or assist in the development of new tools as needed.

Play an active leadership role in the forecast process as it relates to eCommerce goals & objectives.

Identify training needs for sales management and offer input on development and upskilling of the digital and ecommerce skills needed by team members in order to achieve results.

Build peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key stakeholders.

MINIMUM JOB Qualifications Education / Training: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, master’s degree preferred Business Experience: 10 years of progressive, related experience within sales, marketing or technology that includes a successful track record of developing and delivering on B2B eCommerce strategy.

This may include a combination of eCommerce, SEO, digital marketing, platform sales or other related areas of responsibility while working in an eCommerce capacity at a company selling technology products and services.

Specialized Knowledge / Skills: Ability to develop and deploy the strategy that drives customer partnership, revenue growth and retention.

Willingness to engage in both tactical hands-on work and strategic work as needed to manage and complete priorities.

Ability to craft omni channel plans and creative briefs and synthesize digital analytics into next steps for optimization.

Metrics driven, with strong financial and analytical capabilities in situations of increasing complexity.

Understands and utilizes workforce analytics.

Continuously establishes clear goals and uses data and metrics to achieve best-in-class results and business goals.

Strong strategic and critical thinking skills combined with concrete, disciplined execution, as well as decisiveness, action oriented, and highly organized.

Strong track record of leading, managing and improving people and processes.

Customer centric with the ability to adjust plans and actions to meet changing market and/or customer needs and ability to put creative deals together to drive business growth.

Ability to demonstrate thought leadership across multiple channels and become a trusted advisor to senior technical and business decision makers.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build relationships across an organization to accomplish goals.

Experience with eCommerce platforms and Landing Page tools is needed and with CRM tools is a plus.

Understanding of paid media (SEM, Paid Social, Retargeting and Display).

Experience driving on-page conversion or CRO best practices.

General knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce or other CRMs and healthcare information systems.

Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of time.

Working Conditions: Environment – Combination of Remote & Office environment, up to 20% travel required.
