For more information, visit Summary and ResponsibilitiesWorking from our office in White House, Tennessee, the School Office Manager is responsible for managing a team of administrative assistants, and working directly with the school leadership team on daily administrative tasks such as entering data into the school or district systems.Working directly with CA Facilities and local Property ManagerMaintaining and updating Office Emergency PlanManage administrative assistants who report to the office and work remotelyOversee the daily work of the office team, including, but not limited to records management, coordinating event logistics, enrollment tasks, withdrawal processing, processing transcript requests, receiving and sending student portfolios, handling incoming and outgoing mail etc.Entering data into various school and district information systemsMaintain accurate employee records both onsite and in school operating systemsTrain and support administrative assistants in their rolesCreate and update school Standard Operating ProceduresAssist School Leadership Team as needed with daily tasks and projectsAssist families and school stakeholders with questions both on the phone and in the officeServe as a member of the school State Testing Team and assist with testing preparation tasksServe as site administrator as neededAdditional duties as assignedRequirementsProficiency with Microsoft Office tools and web-based applications is essentialAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentGood interpersonal skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenCustomer focused approachAbility to maintain confidentialityHigh degree of flexibilityDemonstrated ability to work well in fast paced team environmentSelf-starter and Independent Worker
